SCPN-Fusion-Core uses a deliberate dual-licensing model. Choose the open-source path for research and reproducible validation, or the commercial path for proprietary and closed deployments.

Open Source — AGPL-3.0-or-later
For research, review, education, reproducible validation, public derivative work, and network-deployed AGPL services.

Commercial Licence
For proprietary reactor programs, internal deployments, closed operational workflows, commercial support, and integrations that cannot use AGPL reciprocal terms.

Not safety certified

SCPN-Fusion-Core is not IEC 61508 or SIL certified. The repository publishes an IEC 61508 functional-safety roadmap for selected control surfaces, but makes no certification claim. See the Evidence Boundary for accepted versus blocked lanes.
