Our principle

We collect as little data as technically possible. This website does not use cookies, does not set tracking pixels, does not use fingerprinting, and does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) through its pages.

Web analytics

We use GoatCounter (goatcounter.com), an open-source, privacy-friendly analytics tool hosted in the EU. GoatCounter collects:

• Page URL (without query parameters)
• Referrer header (the page that linked to us)
• Screen size (viewport dimensions)
• Country (derived from IP, which is then discarded)
• Browser and OS (from User-Agent header)

GoatCounter does not store IP addresses, does not use cookies, and does not create visitor profiles. The data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users. No consent banner is required under revDSG or GDPR because no personal data is processed.

Contact and e-mail

This website uses mailto: links. When you send us an e-mail, we process your name, e-mail address, and message content solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add your address to any mailing list. E-mails are stored on our mail server (Webhouse s.r.o., Bratislava, Slovakia — within the EEA) and are deleted when no longer needed for the purpose of the correspondence.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Webhouse s.r.o. (Bratislava, Slovakia, EEA). The web server may automatically log access data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, status code, referrer, user agent). These logs are used solely for error diagnosis and security purposes. They are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 31 revDSG).

External resources

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address. Google’s privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy. No other external resources are loaded that would transmit personal data.

Payments

Commercial licence purchases for our software products are processed via Polar.sh (Stripe-backed). When you make a purchase, you interact directly with Polar.sh/Stripe. We receive your name, e-mail, and transaction details but not your full payment card information. Polar.sh and Stripe process data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. We use localStorage (a browser-local storage mechanism) solely to remember your language preference (EN/DE/FR/IT). This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to any server.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG/nLPD) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request information about what data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local supervisory authority
