What You Need

  • Stereo headphones (required)
  • 20 minutes
  • Quiet space

Setup (2 minutes)

  1. Put on headphones - verify left/right correct
  2. Start CCW-1_20min.wav at comfortable volume
  3. Sit or lie down comfortably
  4. Close your eyes

During (20 minutes)

  • Just listen and breathe
  • Let your mind wander
  • Don't try to make anything happen
  • Notice sensations, thoughts, images

After (3 minutes)

  • Slowly open eyes
  • Stretch gently
  • Sit quietly 1-2 minutes
  • Drink water

That's it! Entrainment happens automatically.


VOLUME SETTING

Right Volume:

  • Hear all tones clearly
  • NOT uncomfortable
  • About 50-60% of max volume
  • Quieter than music

Test: Can you listen comfortably for 5 minutes? → Volume is correct.
